Logging in

Future Education uses email-based login — there are no passwords to remember.
  1. Go to the platform URL provided by your institution
  2. Enter your institutional email address
  3. Check your inbox for a one-time login code
  4. Enter the code to access the platform
The login code expires after a few minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or request a new one.

First visit: completing your profile

The first time you log in, a welcome screen appears before you reach the platform. It asks for three things:
FieldWhat to enter
Titlee.g. Dr., Prof., Mr., Ms.
PositionYour role — coordinator, teacher, director, secretary, etc.
TeamSelect the group(s) configured by your institution
Once filled in, click Continue to programme to save and enter the platform. You can click Skip for now and update these details later from the Settings page. After login you’ll land on the main screen. The key areas are:
  • AI Assistant — Your primary workspace for reflective conversations with FE
  • Learn More / My Progress — Your competency map, showing your current levels across all areas
  • Activities — Tasks and milestones linked to your learning programme
  • Settings — Profile details, language preference, and notification settings

Switching between programmes

If you are enrolled in more than one programme, use the Your programmes button at the bottom of the left sidebar to switch between them. Clicking it opens the Switch cohort modal, which lists every programme you are enrolled in — sorted with the most recent first. Each entry shows the cohort name, the institution, and a status badge:
  • Enrolled — the programme is currently active
  • Completed — the programme has finished
Click any cohort to switch to it immediately. Your currently active cohort is highlighted with a green border. Each cohort has its own independent conversation history, competency map, activities, and journey record.
