Opening a participant profile

Click any participant’s name in the cohort view to open their full profile. You’ll see:
  • Conversation history — all AI sessions, searchable
  • Extracted memories — patterns, commitments, blind spots, and preferences identified by the AI across sessions
  • Competency map — current assessed levels across all competencies
  • Activities — completed and pending activities in the current Build Cycle
  • Notes — your own private session notes about this participant

Reviewing conversation history

Each conversation is timestamped and shows the full transcript. You can read the dialogue between the participant and FE, which helps you:
  • Understand the participant’s current mental model
  • Identify themes that keep recurring
  • Prepare for a live coaching session with context

Extracted memories

The platform automatically extracts durable observations from conversations and categorises them:
CategoryWhat it captures
PatternA recurring way of thinking or behaving the participant exhibits
CommitmentSomething the participant explicitly said they would do
PreferenceHow this participant prefers to learn or engage
Blind spotAn assumption or gap the participant seems unaware of
These memories inform FE’s questions in future sessions. You can see the full list and use it to prepare for facilitated conversations.

Validating competency assessments

When FE detects Reference-level evidence, it flags the competency for human review. To validate:
  1. Open the participant’s competency map
  2. Find the competency flagged as Pending Review
  3. Read the AI’s evidence summary
  4. Click Confirm to apply the level, or Adjust to set a different level with a note
Your confirmation is recorded with a timestamp and visible to the participant.

Session notes

You can add private notes to any participant’s profile. Notes are only visible to facilitators and admins — not to the participant. Use them to track live session observations, next steps, or concerns.
