The progress page

The Learn More / My Progress page is your competency map. It shows all the competencies you are developing, grouped by block and area, and your current assessed level for each.

Competency structure

Competencies are organised in three levels:
Block (e.g. "Core")
  └── Area (e.g. "Communication")
        └── Competency (e.g. "Active Listening")
Use the filter bar at the top to narrow the view by Block, Area, or Proficiency level.

Proficiency levels

Each competency is assessed at one of three levels:

Beginner

You are aware of this competency and beginning to apply it consciously in your work. Your practice is emerging but not yet consistent.

Developed

You apply this competency with consistency across your regular work situations. You can describe how and why you use it.

Reference

You apply this competency in complex or novel situations and can transfer it to new contexts. Others may look to you as an example in this area.

How levels are assessed

Levels are not self-reported — they are determined through conversation with FE and reviewed by your facilitator. During Operate conversations, FE listens for four signals:
SignalWhat it means
ConsistencyYou apply this in your regular work, not just when prompted
TransferYou apply it in situations beyond where you first learned it
ComplexityYou handle harder cases, edge cases, or novel situations
Self-monitoringYou notice and adjust your own application in real time
When FE detects strong evidence of all four at the reference level, it suggests a competency upgrade for your facilitator to confirm.

Filtering and navigation

The filter bar lets you narrow the competency map:
  • Block chips — filter to a specific learning block
  • Area dropdown — filter to one or more areas within the selected block
  • Proficiency pills — show only Beginner, Developed, or Reference competencies
On mobile, the filters stack vertically for easier use.
